At Pinsa Rossa, we bring a fresh take on tradition to the heart of Pacific Heights. Rooted in the 1600-year-old art of Roman pinsa-making, our mission is to craft food that’s as nourishing as it is delicious. Each hand-pressed, oval-shaped pinsa is a celebration of quality—made with a signature 72-hour fermented dough that’s lighter, healthier, and uniquely satisfying.

Pinsa is healthier, lighter, & airier than a traditional pizza due to a 72 hour fermentation & our special blend of soy, wheat and rice flours.
