At Pinsa Rossa, we bring a fresh take on tradition to the heart of Pacific Heights. Rooted in the 1600-year-old art of Roman pinsa-making, our mission is to craft food that’s as nourishing as it is delicious. Each hand-pressed, oval-shaped pinsa is a celebration of quality—made with a signature 72-hour fermented dough that’s a blend of quality, non -GMO premium soy, rice and wheat flours, resulting in a lighter, low in fat, easier to digest, healthier, and uniquely satisfying experience.
